RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Customers are entitled to return purchased products within 7 days from receipt. Note that during promotional periods, returns are only permitted through exchanges and refunds are not applicable for discounted items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

Specifically, items should remain undamaged, undestroyed, and retain the original security labels. Additionally, the return must include the sales receipt or invoice. Return shipping costs and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers must ensure products are securely packaged to arrive at our facility in their original state. We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking capabilities for your return shipment.

In instances where products are returned due to a customer’s refusal to pay import duties or fees, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred by our company in facilitating the return.

Important Note: Returns, refunds, or exchanges on special orders are allowed only if the items are received defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account) within 10 business days of receiving the returned products. Please be aware that shipping costs and insurance fees incurred for the original order will not be refunded and will be deducted from the reimbursed amount upon the return of any or all items.

For orders shipped within the European Union, tax amounts will be refunded. However, for orders dispatched outside the European Union, any taxes and duties applicable to the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. To mitigate these costs, customers may wish to consult their local Customs services. If direct contact is impractical, enlisting the assistance of a customs agency for reclaiming duties and taxes on returned merchandise may be advisable.
