LIABILITY AND WARRANTY OF THE SUPPLIER.
SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.

Claims against the manufacturer for damages are barred after three years since the injured party was informed or should have been informed about the damage, the defect, and the identity of the manufacturer. ORDER CANCELLATION

Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal, you can cancel the order in the following cases:

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by Credit/Debit Card:

If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you must be present at the receipt of your order having your identity card with you.

That means that it has to be issued on the data of the respective company. Upon receipt of the order the holder of the corporate credit card has to be present, with his identity card.

PRICES OF THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

All shipments within Greece are made through ACS Courier, Shipments abroad are made through Hellenic Post.

ORDER DELAY

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
Our supplier sent the product or the raw materials of the product late. To be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products and our products’ raw materials from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. But there are cases where our order may be delayed at customs or during transfer, with the result of not having it in our warehouses at the time we were expecting it. In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. This item will be sent to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses. In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transportation and delivery of your order.

If it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if a problem regarding your order occurs, either in connection with the product or in connection with its payment) because, e.g. the data you have entered are not properly updated. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the order confirmation.

RETURNS

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account) within 10 business days of receiving the returned products. For orders shipped within the European Union, tax amounts will be refunded.
